Service Account Manager

Job Summary
Schedule and participate in meetings for new agreements, set up PM documentation, and conduct kick-off meetings with service sales, technicians, and customers. Coordinate, monitor, and document all PM agreement visits while reviewing and editing monthly and annual deliverable reports. Maintain service contract lists and quote logs on the server, prepare quotes to assist sales, and establish relationships with service agreement customers. Manage subcontractor supervision, review departmental financial reports quarterly, and meet with management to review financial status of Service agreements. Requires HVAC DDC control theory knowledge, five years of experience in HVAC and project management, and strong Excel skills. Full-time role with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of education (Undergraduate engineering degree) and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or Mechanical systems
- At least 5 years of experience in Project/Account Management
- Knowledge of HVAC DDC control theory & applications and mechanical systems
- Ability to plan, schedule and manage large scale PM agreement base business
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on mid to long-term projects and still be able to react to unanticipated demands for your time (customer phone calls, dial-ups, etc.)
- Strong communications and interactive skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Word skills
- Ability to lead by example with a cooperative positive attitude
