Job Summary
Onsite Service Account Manager in Abu Dhabi responsible for driving service sales in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager, focusing on installed base penetration, promoting the full service portfolio, and building lasting customer relationships through account strategies, opportunities identification, and timely execution of service solutions (electrification services, digital solutions, SLAs, and life-cycle offerings). Requires electrical engineering background and 10+ years in service sales, with emphasis on switchgears/protection relays, strong English communication, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Role located in Abu Dhabi, UAE with an on-site work model.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering Background
- 10+ years of experience in service sales
- Proven track record as a service sales engineer for switchgears and protection relays
- Background in digital solutions is a plus
- Strong English communication & Negotiation skills
- Innovative mindset and networking ability
- Customer relationship experience with government and industrial customers in the region
- Life Cycle Management (LCM) understanding
- CRM usage and accurate forecasting
