Job Summary
Service Account Manager responsible for managing and expanding a commercial plumbing service book of business in the Denver metro area; serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; identify opportunities for repairs, replacements, maintenance, and small projects; build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and existing customers; coordinate with service manager, technicians, and estimating team; drive pipeline, proposals, and customer satisfaction; requires 5+ years in commercial plumbing service or related roles; strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing service, account management, business development, or a related role
- Previous experience managing customer relationships within a plumbing service environment required
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and service operations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- Existing relationships within the Denver commercial facilities market strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or service management software preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
