Job Summary
The SAM serves as the relational heartbeat of our service business in San Diego and Inland Empire, maintaining and deepening relationships with existing service clients at the property level, surfacing service and small capital opportunities, coordinating with estimating and project teams to deliver accurate proposals, and becoming the first call for service needs. The role emphasizes relationship-building over transactional sales, with responsibilities including structured client visits, identifying needs, pursuing new property prospects within the geographic focus, asking for referrals, participating in industry networking, diligent CRM activity, follow-ups on proposals, and collaboration across internal teams. A company vehicle is provided; base salary plus a semi-annual bonus tied to DPI standards and territory performance, with ESOP participation.
