Job Summary
Guide students preparing for military service academies and ROTC programs through school selection, application strategy, congressional nomination, and DoDMERB medical review support. Conduct candidate fitness assessment training to help students meet physical requirements while assisting with essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation. Manage waitlist strategy and coordinate virtual sessions to deliver a structured, high-quality advising experience. Set your own hours and rates to partner with the team on student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- firsthand experience with the service academy or ROTC admissions process
- prior advising or coaching experience
- a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application
