Job Summary
Remote bilingual French-English customer service role focused on technical support and customer experience. Responsibilities include speaking with customers by phone, email, or chat to resolve questions or concerns; recording detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up; maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accurate and current information; identifying opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services; providing recommendations and guidance to enhance the overall customer experience; and escalating customer complaints or calls to a manager when necessary. Requires a secondary school diploma or GED, 6+ months of customer service or sales experience, strong computer navigation skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), excellent verbal and written communication, and professional and courteous demeanor. Work-at-home setup in Canada with a modern computer, stable internet, and necessary hardware per job requirements.
Required Qualifications
