Job Summary
Conduct personalized service from order taking through payment and table clearing, ensuring seamless restaurant setup and restoration. Manage high-volume service by carrying multiple plates while maintaining guest experience and anticipating needs. Rotate between morning and evening shifts without interruption. This role requires strong memory, composure under pressure, and commercial awareness. Candidates must pass an initial phone screening followed by an in-person interview at Mama.
