Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast buffet service across three hotel brands at the Lyon Part-Dieu site, including the Ibis Budget, Ibis Styles, and Mercure establishments. Deliver high-quality guest service with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of hospitality while managing the daily operations of the 315-room hotel complex. Fluency in English is required for this full-time role involving weekday and weekend shifts with two consecutive non-fixed rest days.
