Conduct daily front-of-house service at TRIBE Paris PANTIN restaurant and bar, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring seamless communication between kitchen and dining room. Dress tables, clear plates, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift, including setting up and clearing the service console. Prioritize client satisfaction and commercial attitude while managing the 131-room hotel's dining operations. Work a fixed-term contract from September to December with a fixed salary and mutual aid plan.
