Job Summary
Servers are responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction at Passport Bar & Grill.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to deliver plates and food and clear tables (lifting up to 30 lbs)
- Ability to hear well in loud environments
- Neat appearance and well-groomed in company uniform
- Ability to operate P.O.S. system and manage transactions
- Calm response to angry Guests and notify a Manager
- Ability to read and write to assist hearing-impaired Guests
- Ability to read menus for sight-impaired Guests
- Clear verbal communication of menu items to Guests
- Ability to pass 10 year federal background check (TSA)
