Job Summary
FOH Server at Denny’s creates a positive dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and guiding guests through the menu. Responsibilities include upselling specials and menu items, asking guiding questions to assist selections, inviting guests to join the Rewards Program, maintaining a clean dining area, processing payments, and collaborating with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service. Must demonstrate strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, basic math and cash-handling skills, and a willingness to provide attentive guest service while helping guests maximize value through the Rewards Program.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
