Job Summary
Provide attentive Front of House server service, greet and guide guests through the menu, take and relay orders to the kitchen, deliver food and beverages promptly, and use upselling to suggest specials and combos. Recommend menu items based on guest preferences, invite guests to join the Rewards Program, process payments accurately, and collaborate with FOH and BOH teammates to ensure smooth service. Maintain a clean, organized dining area and deliver a positive dining experience focused on guest satisfaction and value.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
