Job Summary
Provide attentive, professional server service in a fine-dining hotel resort restaurant; greet guests, know menus inside-out, work with culinary/restaurant teams, maintain high hospitality standards while following SOPs, safety sanitation policies, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Must be able to work weekends/holidays, perform opening/closing side work, maintain punctuality and professional appearance, and leverage strong communication and guest-service skills in a luxury environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
