Job Summary
Present menu items, answer guest questions, and relay orders to the kitchen while serving courses from the bar. Clear and reset tables after each guest, maintain cleanliness throughout the work area, and assist kitchen staff with portioning and beverage preparation. Handle guest requests personally or refer them to appropriate team members, ensuring a memorable service experience aligned with brand standards. Work in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of food service regulations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills
- Able to easily and quickly lift and carry heavy trays
- Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language, proficiently
- Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards
- Excellent conflict-resolution skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Consistent attendance in accordance to the standards set forth by Converge Hospitality Group
- Attendance at all scheduled brand and job specific training sessions and meetings
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
