Server with The Residence at Chadds Ford

Provide high level customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere for residents of a senior living community. Part-time dining server duties include taking/delivering meal orders, serving beverages, reviewing daily menus with residents, assisting with dining enhancement programs and special events, maintaining food safety standards, and communicating resident likes/dislikes to planning staff. Collaborate with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction; support with menu planning, event execution, and ensuring a team-focused dining environment. Requires strong organization and time management, clear English communication, ability to handle multiple priorities, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Education indicates Less than High School education; compensation range is $15.50-$17.25 per hour, with PTO, holiday pay, and potential tuition reimbursement.
