Job Summary
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner while ensuring satisfaction throughout their meal. Take and input food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system, then retrieve and deliver orders promptly. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and preparation methods. Complete necessary side-work including stocking, organizing supplies, and taking inventory to requisition daily needs. Adhere to prescribed work, break, and meal periods while maintaining high personal grooming standards and dress code compliance. Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about all menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served; their garnish, contents and preparation methods
- Must complete necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all supplies, etc
- Take and know inventory at all times, and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain regular attendance, consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code
