Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to guests by learning the menu to explain offerings and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Perform opening and closing duties while partnering with team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus for this role at Chili's, a casual dining brand rooted in service and hospitality since 1975.
