Job Summary
Welcome Players to their bays with energy, recommend food and beverage options, and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Take orders quickly and accurately, clear tables, refill drinks, and maintain a welcoming space by keeping Bay areas clean and organized. Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable experience, from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while handling items up to 50 lb. and remaining on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment. This role requires availability for weekend shifts and legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
