Server / Waitstaff - Watermere at Woodland Lakes, Full Time

Order food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests. Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner, engage with diners to ensure satisfaction, and address dining room issues or concerns by escalating to management when necessary. Ensure beverages are properly prepared, return items that do not meet expectations, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area while setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies. Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Manager, label and date food items appropriately, and complete required temperature logs during each shift. This role supports our diverse housing options including senior, workforce, and market-rate communities across Texas and Oklahoma.
