Server / Waitstaff - Watermere at Flower Mound, Part Time

The Server provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages to residents and guests, ensuring all quality and service standards are met. Duties include taking food and beverage orders, relaying orders to the kitchen, delivering meals, responding to resident and guest requests, and engaging with diners to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities also cover ensuring beverages are properly prepared, items meet quality standards (temperature, appearance, doneness), returning items that don’t meet expectations, addressing dining room concerns, assisting with meal preparation under the Cook or Dining Services Manager, following standardized recipes and menu guidelines, maintaining food safety and proper storage, labeling and dating items, disposing of waste per sanitation standards, keeping the dining area clean and organized (setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking supplies), completing temperature logs, and assisting with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or GED and related experience or training, plus certifications for local/state food handling or sanitation.
