Expediting all orders, complying with guest check and cash control standards, and handling guest complaints to resolve problems quickly. Stock and rotate supplies in service and dining areas while performing cleaning duties such as clearing and setting tables. This role requires good communication skills, the ability to lift 5-15 pounds, and standing for up to 8 hours. Applicants must be well-groomed, reliable, and self-motivated. Servers are the face of the IHOP brand, leading guests through their experience with top-notch service and menu knowledge.
