Job Summary
Greet customers, seat guests by section rotation, and manage cash transactions for takeout orders while maintaining table cleanliness and restocking supplies. Bus tables, roll silverware, and keep condiments and accessories organized. Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and removing cobwebs within the server's domain. Handle phone calls and ensure accurate order packing. Work full shifts standing, walking, and carrying trays with physical stamina. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. excluding fast food service.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle walking, standing, bending, and carrying trays throughout your shift.
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleanliness and order accuracy.
