Job Summary
Warmly greet guests, acknowledge their presence, and take drink and food orders while providing menu information and identifying upsell opportunities. Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner to create lasting impressions, and maintain current adult beverage certification to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Process all point of sale transactions efficiently and build guest loyalty by utilizing training materials to enhance selling skills. Work with the team to maintain a clean, organized environment, support bar operations including seating, stocking, and cleanup, and respond appropriately to guest concerns.
