Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make them feel at home while exhibiting selling techniques for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Utilize a silent service approach to maintain a clean environment, itemize bills correctly, and secure payment as required. Bid guests farewell by using their names and invite them to return, while answering telephones and directing calls where necessary. Respond appropriately to guest needs with a sense of urgency and maintain a high level of professionalism. Perform other job-related responsibilities when assigned, including replacing inserts and cleaning menu covers. Must have two years of experience, be TIPs and allergen certified, and possess POS experience. Flexible availability for weekends and holidays is required.
