Job Summary
Server at Hudson House delivers thoughtful, attentive food and beverage service with genuine hospitality and polished professionalism. The role requires maintaining knowledge of all offerings, following service steps with consistency and accuracy, executing opening and closing procedures for the station, collaborating with the team to provide a seamless service experience, addressing guest concerns with professionalism, and participating in ongoing food, wine, and team training to elevate performance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Positive attitude and responsibility
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with punctuality and reliability
- Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred
- TABC Certification, as required
- Certified for food and alcohol service as required by State and Local Agencies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
