Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- TABC Certification, as required
- Certified for food and alcohol service as is required by State and Local Agencies
- Positive attitude and responsibility
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with punctuality and reliability
- Experience in a full-service upscale high volume establishment preferred
- Willing to complete quizzes on product/job knowledge
- Desire to learn and grow within the position and restaurant
- Knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
