Job Summary
Server role in Clarendale of Mokena, a senior living community managed by Life Care Services. Part-time or full-time dining room server responsible for adhering to proper serving etiquette, maintaining a inviting dining atmosphere, setting tables and stations, taking orders, and providing courteous service to senior residents. Shifts include part-time evenings (3:30-7:30) with weekend availability; no late nights. Starting wage is $15/hour. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off. Prior experience in food service and working with seniors preferred, with emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and presentation standards.
