Describe all menu items, preparation methods, and prices; accommodate guest special requests and document orders legibly. Serve food and beverages promptly according to standards while upselling specials to maximize revenue. Process payments by forwarding transactions to the cashier, receiving change, and returning it to guests. Perform pre- and post-shift sidework including stocking the service station and making coffee. Assist the Greeter/Cashier with greeting and seating guests, or support the busperson with clearing tables and filling glasses. Requires basic reading, writing, math skills, food service experience, and customer service abilities. Must meet state legal age requirements.
