Job Summary
Responsible for performing dining room set-up, running side work, and closing duties. Maintain product knowledge, serve guests according to training, ensure table maintenance and dining room cleanliness, and handle payment processing using a computerized cash register system. Must maintain safety and sanitation in the dining area, demonstrate teamwork, and present a clean professional appearance. Attendance at Ambassador meetings and ability to suggest improvements are required.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant service
- 10 years restaurant experience
- Flexible attitude towards new ideas
- Ability to stand for 9 hours
- Ability to perform job functions in specified uniform
- Good hearing for accurate communication
- Command of the English language
- Basic computer usage skills
- Ability to lift trays up to 40 pounds
- Integrity and discipline
Additional Requirements
- Must pass state alcohol certification examination
- Must pass all tests with a grade of 90% or higher
