Server

Server position in a casual dining setting at Truffles. Responsibilities include greeting, escorting and seating guests; providing menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate; following the Alcohol Policy and checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcohol; writing orders with seat numbers; communicating allergy concerns to management and kitchen staff; running food and beverages to tables; pre-busing; delivering checks and collecting payments; thanking guests and guiding them to the door; promoting a memorable guest experience through teamwork and friendly service.
