Server

Server position at Truffles in Hilton Head Island. Main responsibilities include greeting, seating guests, providing menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate, following Alcohol Policy (checking IDs and not serving intoxicated patrons), taking and writing orders with seat numbers, communicating allergy concerns to management and kitchen, delivering food and beverages to tables, pre-busing tables, delivering checks and processing payments, and thanking guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience.
