Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating and describe daily specials while answering menu questions and offering suggestions. Take food and beverage orders, deliver food promptly after preparation, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while replenishing items as needed. Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests, maintain an organized workstation, and handle checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System. Practice tray service for all food and beverage service, incorporate safe work practices, and adhere to established standards for greeting, cocktail service, and general service techniques. Requires two years of serving experience, alcohol handling eligibility, and regular attendance.
