Job Summary
Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating, describe specials of the day, and answer questions regarding menu items. Take food and beverage orders, deliver food promptly, and replenish items to ensure satisfaction. Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests while maintaining an organized workstation. Set up and break down golf stations every shift, practice tray service for all food and beverage, and utilize the Point of Sales System for checks and cash transactions. Position requires cross-training in bartending service and adherence to safe work practices. Valid driver license required for operating the picker and golf cart. Regular and reliable attendance essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to read and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training
- Alcohol Awareness Training
- Knowledge of POS system
