Job Summary
Take food and drink orders, convert them to the kitchen and bar, and serve prepared meals and beverages accurately and timely. Display knowledge of the F&B menu, suggest desserts and coffee, and handle cash and credit card payments following standard procedures. Maintain a professional appearance, keep dining rooms and workstations sanitized, and listen to customer complaints. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests. Perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of food service experience
- Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma
- A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
