Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating, describe specials of the day, answer menu questions, and offer appropriate suggestions. Take food and beverage orders, deliver food promptly after preparation, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while replenishing items as needed. Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests, maintain an organized workstation, and perform side duties. Account for checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System, following established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and tray service. Incorporate safe work practices throughout job performance and perform other duties as required.
