Job Summary
The Server at Old Overton Club is responsible for providing immediate attention to guests, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt delivery and follow-up. The role involves maintaining an organized workstation, handling cash transactions using the Point of Sales system, and participating in pre-shift meetings. Server must be cross-trained in bartending service and adhere to safe work practices. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with relevant experience and certifications in food safety and alcohol awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training
- Alcohol Awareness Training
- Valid driver license when operating picker for range balls and golf cart
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English may be required
- Knowledge of POS system
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
