Greet guests promptly and guide them through the menu, then take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and service stations. Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and handle concerns with professionalism, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
