Job Summary
Assemble resident meal trays accurately using menus and tray cards, operate kitchen equipment including dish machines and steam tables, and perform dishwashing and general sanitation duties. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean counters and carts, and transport food and supplies to various facility areas. Prepare and deliver nourishments to nursing units while assisting with cafeteria meal service, serving food, and operating the cash register. Adhere strictly to all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures, maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' rights. This role supports our residents at Brothers of Mercy, a top-performing skilled nursing facility in WNY, offering a Career Ladder Program and competitive wages with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
