Job Summary
Greet guests, answer menu questions, and take orders while serving food and drinks and processing payments. Manage tables efficiently, collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Ensure a positive dining experience through excellent customer service while standing, walking, lifting up to 35 pounds, and bending in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is helpful.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25-35 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Endurance to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-stress level

- Ability to work effectively with cooks, bussers, and other staff
