Job Summary
Server at Topgolf Charlotte Southwest bays: Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connect the dots on offerings, and set the stage for an unforgettable visit. Proactively recommend food, beverages, and gaming options to enhance the experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Maintain bay areas by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and keeping spaces clean and welcoming. Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver an exceptional Player experience from setup to issue resolution, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand/walk for long periods, and thrive in a high-volume, fun, team-driven environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Serving Food & Beverages â Youâve previously served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
