Job Summary
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to guests while monitoring alcohol consumption. Prepare and pour drinks accurately while ensuring a clean workstation. Operate cash register, handle payments, and maintain adherence to health and safety guidelines. Attend pre-shift meetings, maintain attendance records, and participate as a team member. Successful candidates will have an Associates Degree, culinary experience, and supervisory experience, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Associates Degree (A.A.) in culinary or related field; minimum of four years culinary experience in multiple venues, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three years previous supervisory experience required.
- Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
- Ability to earn and maintain RBS Certification within 60 days of employment.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant, baking and pastry work preferred, including artisan style bread production, ice cream, and sorbet production, sugar & chocolate work, centerpieces, high volume cake production, cake decorating and finishing skills.
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
