Job Summary
Observe cash control procedures and print POS reports while ensuring all customer orders are completed promptly. Serve food to guests accurately, presenting items with correct condiments and warning about hot plates or spills. Maintain a clean and organized environment by resetting tables, re-stocking side stations, and keeping floors dry and safe. Practice communication, coordination, and cooperation with the service team to deliver consistent guest service. This role requires regular availability on weekends, holidays, and peak dining hours, with at least one year of recent experience in a full-service restaurant. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is helpful for kitchen communication.
