Job Summary
Observe cash control procedures, print POS reports, and ensure all customer orders are completed promptly. Serve food accurately and promptly, bringing items to tables while warning guests of hot surfaces or spills. Maintain cleanliness by resetting tables, cleaning service areas, and ensuring floors remain dry and safe. Re-stock side stations and verify they are fully equipped for service. Practice communication, coordination, and cooperation with the team to deliver consistent guest service. This role requires regular availability on weekends, holidays, and peak dining hours. One year of recent experience in a full-service restaurant is required, with dim sum or high-volume restaurant experience being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Regular availability on weekends, holidays and peak dining hours
- At least one year of recent experience as a server in a full service restaurant
- Strong communication skills in English

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays as needed
