Job Summary
Observe cash control procedures and print POS reports while greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food accurately with proper condiments. Bring items to tables, warn guests about hot plates or spills, and refill drinks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized environment by resetting tables, cleaning side stations, re-stocking supplies, and ensuring floors are safe. Practice communication and coordination with the service team to deliver prompt, satisfactory service. Requires weekend and peak hour availability; one year of full-service restaurant experience is required, with dim sum or high-volume background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Regular availability on weekends, holidays and peak dining hours
- At least one year of recent experience as a server in a full service restaurant
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly, professional service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays as needed
Desired Qualifications
