Server

Servers are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings; maintain a clean and professional appearance; ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team; handle guests' requests and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction; foster a positive, cooperative team environment; ensure responsible alcohol service. Physically, role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 50 pounds; requires manual dexterity with auditory and visual skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
