Greet all guests and members warmly, prepare tables with napkins and utensils, and ensure condiments are filled. Keep dining rooms and bus stations clean while delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, and up-selling. Maintain updated knowledge of the menu, beverage, and member event offerings. Properly open and pour wine tableside, set up and break down special events, and adhere to grooming standards. Recognize and call members by name to assure a prompt, efficient, and pleasant service experience across a la carte, beach club, banquets, and beverage cart outlets. Availability required in afternoons and weekends.
