Job Summary
Create a welcoming space for guests by taking food and drink orders, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for prompt delivery, and memorizing the menu to recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks based on preferences. Complete all necessary side work before, after, and throughout shifts to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, while anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations. Deliver a memorable dining experience by effectively communicating with management to resolve customer issues or complaints promptly. Prior experience in a full-service, high-volume establishment is required, along with basic knowledge of food safety and proper handling.
