Job Summary
Servers are responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience by taking food and beverage orders, delivering and removing dishes promptly, and maintaining a professional, hospitable demeanor. Responsibilities include setting up workstations, attending to customer requests, taking orders, communicating with kitchen and bar staff, maintaining a sanitized and orderly environment, ensuring items are prepared properly, checking ingredient quality, and promoting excellent service. Qualifications include sanitation procedures, teamwork, strong communication, and being 18 years or older; prior server experience is preferred but not required.
