Job Summary
Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere. Serve residents and guests beverages, take and deliver accurate meal orders, review daily menu with residents, set tables, assist with dining programs and special events, and work closely with Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction. Maintain food safety standards, assist with menu planning feedback, and foster teamwork among staff. Roles include Full-Time and Part-Time dinner shifts with weekdays and weekends, compensation $18.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience, and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay.
