Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere by setting tables, serving beverages, and delivering accurate meal orders. Review daily menus with residents, remove soiled dishes, and clean dining room equipment while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with dining enhancement programs, special events, and banquets, then communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Services Director for menu planning. Attend pre-meal stand-ups and maintain a strong team culture among all staff. Full-time and part-time roles require weekends, with wages ranging from $18 to $21 per hour. Full-time associates receive comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k, and paid time off starting day one.

- The ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is essential.
- Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service
- Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities
- Must be able to lift a minimum of fifteen (25) lbs. and be able to carry objects.
- Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit and stand.
- Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate.
- Must use good body mechanics.
- Must be able to type and use a computer.
